First of all, we are a service-based company, not a sales organization. Our job is not to persuade a client to buy or sell anything. Our job is to provide the information, tools and the benefit of our expertise to enable our clients to make a decision that makes sense to them. Our focus is on our development as professionals in the field of real estate. Our training system is both extensive and unique. Real Estate Essentials is divided into 5 separate modules (Personal Skills & Resources; Relationship Nurturing; Working with Sellers, Working with Buyers; Contracts, Leases and Disbursements). This course is offered every Wednesday morning, from 9:30 to 11:30, 5 weeks on and 2 weeks off. It is available for both new and veteran Realtors.
